Health & Safety Training and Consulting

 Occupational Safety Group (OSG) exists to save lives and prevent accidents in the workplace.

 Our enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainers make our classes interesting and memorable by using real life experiences and by encouraging active participation by students.  OSG training delivers a safer workplace through better understanding and longer knowledge retention of health & safety matters for our participants.

 We conduct regularly scheduled training classes and consulting projects in most Ontario cities plus selected locations in Alberta, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island, British Columbia and Newfoundland. In Canada, we have provided training to over 7,000 businesses and more than 100,000 individuals.

 In Ontario, the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) requires Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) members be certified which provides the information required to be a Health & Safety Committee member. Our intensive 2-3 day program is audited and approved by the WSIB which ends with the successful completion of the WSIB examination. To date, OSG has successfully trained 14,000 individuals, who are now certified members of their firms JHSC.

 Our trainers and consultants also provide training at client locations for the convenience of our clients which includes nights and weekends.  OSG’s Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) is a process which as been specifically developed to bring an company-wide solution to Health & Safety compliance. Our HSMS is being used in over 200 businesses.
