Management System Review and Bill 168 Policies and Procedures Development


This one day health and safety management system review will help identify gaps with, or areas of improvement to your health and safety program and help you prioritize corrective actions. An OSG consultant will visit your workplace and review your current management system to ensure the system is being implemented correctly. The consultant will compare their findings with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, applicable Regulations and standards that apply to your workplace.

In addition, the consultant will develop a workplace violence and harassment program to ensure your company meets the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The visit includes a workplace violence risk assessment.

Agenda

  • Workplace violence and harassment questionnaire provided by OSG is sent to employees, (results of questionnaire must be provided to OSG consultant prior to visit)
  • Conduct risk assessment
  • Develop policy and procedure for workplace violence and harassment
  • Review existing health and safety management system
  • Provide report identifying gaps in system and recommendations for improvement
