Understanding, identifying and minimizing the negative effects of workplace violence and harassment is essential for your business. On June 15th, 2010 The Occupational Health & Safety Act was amended to include specific requirements for Workplace Violence and Harassment.
This course is designed to help employers, supervisors and workers understand the requirements for developing and implementing a successful workplace violence and harassment program.
Our course provides participants with an overview of the legislation and what employers must do to comply with the new requirements.

32.0.5 (2) An employer shall provide a worker with,
(a) information and instruction that is appropriate for the worker on the contents of the policy and program with respect to workplace violence;
32.0.7 An employer shall provide a worker with,
(a) information and instruction that is appropriate for the worker on the contents of the policy and program with respect to workplace harassment;
