Course Summary

Legislation can be demanding, and in many cases overwhelming. This is why it’s important to be familiar with the structure of the law, and understand how to navigate the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

This program is designed to provide, managers, supervisors, joint health and safety committee members and, health and safety representatives the knowledge to be able to successfully find information using quick, easy methods. This program explores action-oriented language and reviews specific definitions such as prescribed, teaching participants how these terms affect employer and supervisor duties.
