GAP AUDIT

Whether your health and safety program is functioning well or needs improvement, OSG’s GAP Audit combined with the experience of our consultants, offers the employer an opportunity to identify “gaps” in your health and safety program and to understand and prioritize corrective actions.

Our consultant will visit your workplace and inspect the physical condition of the facility, as well as reviewing all available documentation. The consultant will compare the findings with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations that apply to your workplace as well as applicable codes or standards.

The elements our consultant focuses on are based on the WSIB Workwell audit. A report will be presented to the client by the consultant describing the audit findings.

Agenda

• Visit workplace to define the scope of the audit
• Physical inspection and review of all documentation – policies, procedures, training records, JHSC minutes and inspections, etc
• Report generated outlining all findings and recommendations
